Vivencio Santos, a farmer and resident of Nagbalayong, Morong, Bataan.  On July 1, 1981, Vivencio was arrested in Brgy. Binaritan, Morong, Bataan, by elements of the 176th PC Coy based in Morong, Bataan, alleging that Vivencio was a member of the New People's Army operating in the area; he was later transferred to Camp Tolentino located in Balanga, Bataan.  The incident was not immediately known to the relatives; it was only on the 5th day of arrest that they were able to visit Camp Tolentino; however, they were not able to talk to him.  On July 7, the relatives of Vivencio received information that Vivencio escaped from his detention cell, but he did not return home or contact any of his relatives.  Vivencio remains missing up to this day.
