Romulos Robiños, aka Mulong, was abducted by armed men believed to be elements of the 69th IBPA on November 17, 2006, in their home in Angeles City, Pampanga.  Initially the armed men were looking for his sister; when they could not find her, they took Mulong instead. He was dragged to their vehicles despite the protest of his mother and his wife. The armed men told them that they would return Mulong if they brought his sister to them.  Lolita Robiños went to military camps, police stations, hospitals, and the courts in search of his son Romulos but to no avail. At one time, she even went to a popular public affairs program on television, but she was ignored.
