Prudencio Calubid, an NDF consultant, was abducted along Maharlika Highway in Sipocot, Camarines Sur.  Prudencio Calubid, with wife Celina Palma; niece Gloria Soco; and staff Ariel Beloy and Antonio Lacno, was abducted along Maharlika Highway in Sipocot, Camarines Sur, on June 26, 2006. Antonio Lacno escaped from military custody to tell the story. A red Tamaraw FX and four other Toyota Revo vehicles with plate numbers concealed with mud blocked their way. Three shots were fired in the air. Two men in plainclothes alighted and ordered Calubid and his companions to get out of their vehicle. They were transferred to the vehicles of the abductors, blindfolded and handcuffed.
