On November 2, 2019, Princess Rainalyn Ingal, and Albert Vargas, 20. y.o. An unemployed person was abducted by armed men whom witnesses suspect to be members of the PNP-CIDG inside Hillview Lodge in Pasig City.  Princess Rainalyn is a Grade 7 student at Gregorio Perfecto High School in Velasquez, Tondo, while her friend Albert, a.k.a. Venus, is a part-time pimp.

In the morning of November 1, 2019, the princess asked permissionfrom her mother that she would be going to the cemetery with her cousin. Later that night she met with her friends, including Albert. According to Ryan Dilan, a friend of the victims, the two left their group in Tondo, Manila, to meet a certain man they met online.  According to Ryan Dilan, unknown to them, Albert was supposed to pimp Princess to the unidentified man they met online, and they were brought by that man to the Hillview lodge in Pasig City, where they stayed until the morning of November 2, 2019.

On November 2, 2019, at around 8:00 in the morning, a UV express with a Binangonan-Megamall sign and with plate no. XXV 700 entered the lodge saying they are going to pick someone up; suddenly a gray Toyota Vios with plate no. When UGN 589 entered the lodge, a supervisor of the lodge went out to talk to the driver of the car.

While they were talking, Princess, Albert, and the unidentified man were abducted inside their room.

It was only on November 3, 2019, that they informed Leonila Ignacio(mother of Princess) about the abduction and disappearance of herdaughter.

On November 4, 2019. Leonila, together with Eleonor (mother of Albert), went to the Pasig City police to ask for assistance. They were assisted by the Women's desk personnel and accompanied them to the Hill View Lodge. They asked to see the video of the abduction for a copy of the video from the CCTV camera.  Management refused to let them see it and to give them a copy; they then went to the Brgy. Hall of Bagong Ilog and filed a report. The Brgy. Officials told them that it was the CIDG that abducted their children.

On November 7, 2019, Leonila went to the CIDG headquarters in Camp Crame to search for her missing daughter. She was told by the CIDG-Crame that they didn't have an operation on November 2, 2019. She was even shown the detention cells inside the headquarters, and she said Princess and Albert were not there.

The two are still disappeared.
