Timbol, Reynaldo

Reynaldo Timbol, a 20-year-old student activist, was reported missing after he was allegedly ambushed by Philippine Constabulary soldiers on board a passenger jeepney in front of the Lyceum of the Philippines in Manila in September 1972. 

Disappearance date: March 28, 1996

Topacio, Jaime

According to the wife of the victim, on March 28, 1996, her husband went to one of his children living in Malaria, Caloocan City. 

However, Jaime did not return home; the following day, March 29, 1996, his wife and children reported the case to the Barangay Police.

The family believed that the disappearance of the victim was in connection with the involvement of his children in the underground movement.

Uy, Jose 

On November 19, 2015, Jose Uy was seen sitting in front of the Zenco Footstep store in Monumento, Caloocan. A policeman approached him and talked to him when suddenly he was kicked by the said policeman and handcuffed; he was then dragged towards Victory Mall.

Valera, Milan 

On February 7, 2018, Milan was seen in Lawton, Manila, and was allegedly taken by two unidentified members of the Philippine National Police.

Valones, Joselito

Joselito Valones, 53 years old, single and lives in Brgy. Salion, Abucay, Bataan. Abducted by the military from a factory in Marikina on suspicion of being an NPA.

Vargas, Albert 

On November 2, 2019, Albert was abducted by armed men whom witnesses suspect to be members of the PNP-CIDG inside Hillview Lodge in Pasig City.

Disappearance date: March 15, 1988

Velasco, Jaime

A former political detainee who was implicated in the assassination of WPD Superintendent was abducted by unidentified individuals on March 16, 1988, in Quezon City.

Villaber, Adriana

One of the activists arrested by elements of the intelligence groups belonging to MIG, ISAFP and 2CSU in Makati last July 31, 1977. 

Disappearance date: June 10, 1985

Villacillo, Venerando

On June 10, 1985, at around 8:20 pm, Venerando Villacillo, 35, a businessman, was forcibly abducted by five armed men in front of his residence at 735 Severino St., Quiapo, Manila. Villacillo was arrested without any warrant and was immediately pushed inside the waiting Mitsubishi car with a plate No. of 418 while the two other gun-wielding men positioned themselves between him.

Yap, Emmanuel 

Emmanuel "Manny" Yap, 25 years old, was last seen by his parents on February 14, 1971. 

After lunch at a restaurant in Cubao, the family proceeded home in order to pick up the roses Manny would deliver to his friends. As they neared the house, Manny asked to be dropped off on the side walk along EDSA near Channel 7. Suspecting that the family home was under surveillance, he thought it was prudent not to go home with his family. Ten minutes after they left Manny, the parents returned to pick him up, but he was nowhere to be seen.
