Pascual, Roberto Sr.

Roberto Sr. was dragged inside a grey-colored Toyota Corona with plate number NUC-229, accompanied by a dark-colored Toyota Corona with plate number CGC-995 with armed men inside. The two cars sped away. Suddenly a Ford Fiera full of policemen arrived at the place; they followed the two cars. But when they reached C-3 St., the policemen stopped the chase and said they couldn't proceed because it was already the boundary of Navotas and Caloocan City and that they had no jurisdiction over the place.

Patriarca, Gaspar

GASPAR PATRIARCA JR., 20, OF Phase V package V Block 29 Lot 14, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, was forcibly taken by armed men in his place of work at Transtar Trucking, Tandang Sora. Patriarca was reportedly aboard a red owner-type jeep with plate number EAG-819 and sped towards Sangandaan, Novaliches.

Perez, Arsenio "Nic," a professor of development studies at the University of the Philippines at Padre Faura, Manila, was last seen by his sister at the gate of their residence in Quezon City at around 6:30 am last January 24, 1986.

Pesqueza, Florencio

According to his wife, Florencio, together with his nephew, was riding on a tricycle on their way to Calamba, Laguna, when two men who identified themselves as CIS agents accosted them. Florencio was dragged away in a military gray aluminum jeep.

Portajada, Armando 

Between 11:30 and 12:00 noon, he was sitting inside a canteen with 10 union members when two cars arrived; one was described as a blue Toyota Corona with plate number PFL-405, and another was a dark blue Mitsubishi Lancer with plate number NMX-906.

One of the armed men came out of the car and was holding a picture in his hand and looked at everyone. When he was looking at Armando, he said, 'It's him,' and pulled Armando from his chair and handcuffed him.

He was hauled inside the blue Toyota Corona, and the armed men sped away in the direction of Manila.

Porter, Rolando

A veteran activist and a member of the militant Bayan Muna were reported abducted by unidentified men believed to be members of the PNP-Criminal Investigation Group (CIDG). On May 16, 2006, at around 12:00 pm, Roland Porter was riding his bicycle from his home towards a nearby store along Sacramento and San Rafael Streets in Barangay (village) Olympia, Makati City, Metro Manila. He was supposed to have his mobile phone reloaded when several unidentified men in a white utility van (L300 FB) approached and forcibly took him away.

Quimpo, Ronald Jan

One day in October 1977, constabulary soldiers raided the Quimpo house, looking for Ronald Jan’s younger brother, who was out at the time. The soldiers left without arresting anyone. Two weeks later, Ronald Jan left home one morning, saying he was coming home for dinner. He never returned.

Raburar, Ely 

Raburar, Ely Coper, 25, male, was apprehended by unidentified armed men at around 12 noon last August 02, 1984, while waiting for a ride in front of the Permalite Industrial Corporation in Marikina.

Residents living nearby the incident said that Raburar was abducted by heavily armed men in three cars.

Ramirez, Arcadio

On June 9, 1987, around nine o'clock in the morning, Arcadio Ramirez was apprehended by five unidentified armed men in civilian clothes on Tindalo St., Tondo, Manila.

He was forcibly dragged to a white Ford Fierra without a plate number that was parked on Araneta St., which is not that far from their house.

Razos, Charita

On January 17, 1990, on or about 1:40 am, a red and a blue car with no plate number and a motorcycle whose plate number is covered by cardboard stopped at the house of Charito Razos. Out came masked men armed with M-16 rifles; they banged at the door and asked for a 'Gimo' and 'Rolly.'

The armed men called on the women inside the house and asked for their names one by one, then one of the armed men went to one of the cars and talked to someone, and when he returned, he grabbed Charita and forced her into the vehicle.

Rebucan, Rogelio

He was at his usual place of work at the parking lot of the Pasay City Hall when a grey car with no plate number arrived. Thinking the car wanted to park, he gave instructions on where to park the grey car. The car driver ignored his instructions and stopped, and out came a big man and dragged Rogelio inside.

Reburiano, Christian

On April 23, 2018, 12:20 a.m., Reburiano and his friends were abducted by more or less six unidentified men at Summitville, Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City. According to the victims' relatives, witnesses informed them that there were three men with high-powered armalites who were wearing short pants, caps, and black jackets who alighted from a white heavily tinted L300 van and forcibly took them and threw them inside the van.

Reloj, Enrique

Reloj was watching a basketball game near his house when four plainclothes men armed with different caliber pistols poked their guns at him. The unsuspecting Reloj was held tight by another man to prevent him from running. 

Reloj was dragged inside a maroon-colored car with a plate number of NFR 540 waiting in Pampano Street. Then the car sped towards Caloocan City.

Reyes, Victor

Victor Dandan Reyes was with Atty. Hermon C. Lagman was apprehended by unidentified military men while on their way to a meeting in Pasay on the morning of May 11, 1977.

On the night of May 14, 1977, an anonymous telephone caller frantically informed the Lagman family that Hermon was with him and Victor Reyes to attend a meeting in Pasay. On their way, military men apprehended them. The caller was able to escape, but Hermon and Victor were taken by their military captors and brought to an unknown place.

On October 16, 2016, Jestoni Roniel was allegedly taken along with his wife, Patricia dela Cruz, 20 years old, and a certain Inong, by an unidentified number of members of the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team at Tala, Caloocan City.

Samson, Antonio

Antonio Clemente V. Samson, 32, a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Developmental Education and Services (IDES), a community service based in Marikina, has not been traced since he left his house on November 20, 1989, around 10 o'clock in the morning. He was last seen in mustard pants, a dark gray polo shirt, and black Converse shoes.

Alexander Somera, a community and trade union organizer, was abducted on December 21, 1995, on the busy street of Sangandaan, Quezon City, by the combined elements of the Intelligence Unit of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (ISAFP) and the Intelligence Command of the Philippine National Police (ICPNP).

Tagudin, Hilario

Last April 28, 1985, at 7:30 am, four plainclothes men broke into their house at 719 Quezon Avenue, corner Araneta Avenue, QC. He and his wife Josephen objected, but they were told that Hilario was a hold-up suspect, but they showed no warrant of arrest. He was brought into the nearby car (tinted Colt Gallant, brown with NEN 391 plate). Josephen tried to join him, but he was asked to get his NBI. She obliged, but when she came back, the car was nowhere to be found.

Tapia, Paul 

He was last seen around 8:30 p.m. on board a jeepney en route to Plaza Lawton, Manila, lugging a large bag full of soiled clothes. He was to take another ride from Plaza Lawton going home to San Pedro, Laguna. He never reached home.

CARLOS N. TAYAG, a 33-year-old ordained deacon of the Order of Saint Benedict, was reportedly abducted by unidentified armed men in a house in Quezon City on August 17, 1976.
