Jaime Mayor, male, 20, an out-of-school youth and a resident of Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, was reportedly abducted on October 9, 2019, by two unidentified men in civilian clothes. His grandmother, alerted by bystanders in their place, immediately searched for him in different police stations and funeral parlors, but she could not find him.

According to the victim’s grandmother Fe Mercado Laplana, between 8:00 and 9:00 in the morning, Jaime was going to buy a SIM card for her live-in partner, but on his way to the store, he was abducted by two unidentified men in civilian clothes and shoved into a waiting van.

Jaime was allegedly involved in the drug trade in their neighborhood.

He is still disappeared.
