Caloocan
On Sunday, October 25, 1987, at around 7:30 am, Emerito "Lito" Lucas told his wife Nelah that he would visit his kumpare, Edwin, also a resident of Camarin, Caloocan.

Several minutes later, he was stopped by 2 stocky men from a stainless-owner jeep coming from behind. They held him by both arms, forcing him to get inside the jeep. Lucas shouted for help and resisted: "Tao po… Ano ba ng kasalanan ko bat' 'nyo ako hinuhuli… Tulungan ninyo ako…"

A white Toyota car suddenly arrived on the scene coming from the opposite direction in support of the man in the stainless jeep. A stocky man in a shirt got out from the car and helped the two men from the stainless-steel owner's jeep. Lucas held his hands tightly on the side mirror bar of the jeep in resistance, but he was forcibly pushed inside the Toyota car with tinted window glasses. Half-boarded in the car, he was kicked on his back inside the car. The white Toyota car fled from the scene heading towards the Fairview, Maligaya Subdivision exit with the owner's jeep, one white car, and one brown car in convoy.

The abduction happened along Zapote St., Area D, Brgy. 117 Camarin, Caloocan City, at a distance of 5 electric posts away from Lucas's house. Lucas in a white sando, maong shorts, and a pair of black slippers was walking along Zapote St. towards Camarin National Road he boarded.

The men (three of them) had pistols tucked at their waists and handsets (walkie-talkies). One of the handsets actually fell on the ground during the abduction. The owner's stainless and white Toyota car partially blocked Zapote St. during the abduction.  A resident was able to get the plate number ACE 226 of the white Toyota car that boarded Lucas.
