Bong 'Kosme' Arcasitas, a 25-year-old fisherman and a member of Samahan ng Mandaragat ng Samal, Bataan. (SAMA SABA) was forcibly abducted by the members of the integrated National Police (INP) force of Balanga, Bataan.

According to Bong's friend, he and Bong went to watch a movie, and then after watching, he told Bong that they should not go home anymore since it was already late in the evening and that it was dangerous in their area, for it was just after an intensive gun battle between the New People's Army and the Bataan Police Force.

However, Bong insisted on going home, because according to him, his father will be worried and might go out of the house and look for him. On his way home at around 12:00 - 1:00 in the morning, he was apprehended and taken away by armed patrol police officers from Balanga, Bataan. Since then, Bong Arcasitas was never seen again.

On October 3, 1986, the victim's family went to Camp Tolentino to inquire about the whereabouts of Bong anymore, for the arresting officers were already dead.  He remains disappeared.
