JAIME FERNANADO, 30 years old, a fisherman, has been missing since November 20, 2006 after soldiers rounded up in several men in Barangay Atlas, Malolos City, Bulacan.

Flores, Joel

On April 9, 1988 at around 11:30 p.m., while four young men were drinking beer at a small restaurant inside the PNB compound, San Fernando, Pampanga, a sky-blue Ford Fiera loaded with men in fatigue uniforms and armed with M-16 rifles and caliber 45 guns arrived in the area and forcibly took these young men away.

On March 9, 2010, at 8:30 pm, Daryl Fortuna, alongside 2 others, was abducted by four unidentified men armed with pistols who entered the house of the Landingin family in Sitio Matalvis, Barangay Inhobol, Masinloc, while the entire community was in darkness due to an electricity blackout. Garcia, Jincky

On March 9, 2010, at 8:30 pm, Jincky Garcia, alongside 2 others, was abducted by four unidentified men armed with pistols who entered the house of the Landingin family in Sitio Matalvis, Barangay Inhobol, Masinloc, while the entire community was in darkness due to an electricity blackout. The perpetrators forcibly took the victims to a waiting car.

Gonzales, Danilo

Danilo Gonzales, 25, Single, Fish Vendor

On the early morning of December 11, 1985, at around 3:00 o'clock, Marine troopers illegally arrested Danilo Gonzales when he passed by them on his way to work.

Danilo and two other neighbors were suspected supporters/members of the New People's Army (NPA). Their hands were tied, and they were hauled aboard a military jeep headed towards the Marine camp at So. Mabato, Daan Pare, Orion, Bataan.

They were never seen again.

Hizarsa, Abner

ABNER HIZARSA, a store owner and a resident of Ilwas Village, Subic Town, Zambales Province, was reportedly missing since noon of March 30, 2007. According to Abner's wife Cris dela Cruz-Hizarsa, on March 22, her husband was driving his trike to Ilwas Elementary School to bring lunch to his daughter, a grade 5 pupil in the school, when he was blocked by armed men aboard a white van, snatched, and forced inside their vehicle.

Intal, Ronaldo

Activist Ronaldo Intal (24) was forcibly taken by armed men at around 11am near a motorcycle terminal in Bargy. Balete, Hacienda Luisita, on 3 April 2006, allegedly by elements of the 70th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army. He was seen taken towards their headquarters in Aqua Farm of the Barangay village.

Disappearance date: August 17, 1985

Jimenez, Romeo

Romeo Jimenez went missing on August 17, 1985, in Sapang Tagalog, San Miguel, Tarlac; he was a member of a peasant organization in Tarlac.

On or about 8:00 in the evening of August 17, 1985, Romeo was asked by his friend and five other people to go with them to a wake in their village of Sapang Tagalog. At 10:00 in the evening they were arrested by PC soldiers on suspicion that they were NPA rebels; they were never seen again.

There were reports that all those arrested were killed.

Leal, Enrique 

On February 27, 1984, at around 8:00 in the evening, Enrique Leal, 28, and Rodrigo Bernardo, 33, both farmers from Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan, went to irrigate their sitaw farm at Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan.

On the same evening, men belonging to the 145th PC Coy and the Civilian Home Defense Force (CHDF) were conducting military operations in the area. Enrique and Bernardo never returned home from that night.

Legaspi, Romeo

Romeo Legaspi, a publisher and columnist, was reportedly missing since January 11, 1993. According to Rowena Legaspi, daughter of the victim, their father was last seen leaving his residence at No. 34 Gordon St., Barangay New Baicain, Olongapo City, in the afternoon of January 11, 1993, with a certain person.

Since then, Romeo Legaspi has remained missing.

Limjoco, Philip

Activist Philip Limjoco was reportedly missing last May 08, 2006, in Dau, Pampanga.

While on their way to the bus terminal, his son, Glen, noticed that a white Toyota Revo was following their car, the windows of the car with dark fiberglass. When they arrived at the terminal, the car tailing them disappeared. At around 8:20 am Philip and Glen parted ways. Glenn took a bus for Manila, while Philip took the car to be returned to the car rental office. Later that day Philip would no longer respond to any of Glen's messages.

Disappearance date: March 31, 1988

Lintag, Corazon

On March 31, 1988, Corazon was on her way to a meeting in Angeles City; she was with a comrade when they disappeared.

Only after three days did her parents know that she was missing when her comrades came looking for her.

She remains missing.

Disappearance date: February 11, 1990

Lopez, Nicolas

Nicolas Lopez and 2 others were declared missing by their families after they were forcibly abducted in their residences by members of a composite team of CAFGU, RSAF, and Special Forces led by a certain NPA rebel returnee in Brgy. San Sebastian, Hagonoy, Bulacan, on February 11, 1990.

Disappearance date: February 15, 1990

Lopez, Roberto

At 4:30 in the afternoon of February 15, a white Ford Fierra jeep with the markings Integrated National Police stopped at the corner of Mababang Lupa, San Agustin, Hagonoy, Bulacan.

Seven armed men aboard the Fierra got out and spread out in different directions because they are looking for somebody. Two of them went to a place where a mahjong game was going on, and they saw Roberto Lopez, who was watching the game. Lopez was immediately taken, and his head was banged against a concrete wall. The policemen also planted a gun into his waist; they then dragged Roberto into their waiting vehicle and sped away from the place.

Disappearance date: June 01, 1980

Lumanlan, Alberto 

Alberto Lumanlan, 48 years old, married a resident of Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga, and work as a kalesa driver.

On June 1, 1980, while plying his calesa route, he was arrested by the military and taken to an undisclosed place.

Renato remains missing up to this day.

Disappearance date: February 08, 1991

Lusong, Almar

Manuel Capitulo, Almar Lusong, and Antonio Bondoc were abducted on February 8, 1991, by Philippine Army soldiers in Pampanga province.

Military authorities denied the arrest until February 13, 1911, when they revealed that the three were at an army camp in Angeles City.

Manuel Capitulo and Antonio Bondoc were released from detention; Almar Lusong remained disappeared.

Magdaong, Benedicto

Benedicto Magdaong, a leader of party-list group Anak Pawis and a chair of the Anak Pawis chapter in Brgy. Marisol, was reported abducted by two unidentified armed men in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Magdaong's wife reported seeing two men talking to her husband at around 2am in their house. They dragged him later to a waiting car.

Disappearance date: June 27, 1987

Mallari, Eufemio

At around 9:00 p.m. On June 25, 1987, military men from 1st GHQ arrested Mallari at their house and brought him to the Culis detachment on suspicion that he is a member of the NPA.

A relative followed him at the camp, but the military denied any knowledge about the incident.

Mallari remains missing up to this writing.

Disappearance date: February 17, 1986

Mañacup, Julio 

Julio Mañacup is a 28-year-old engineer; together with Ernesto Bacani, he was abducted by the military on February 17, 1986.

A certain military informant was among the abductors, according to the father of the victim, Julio, and his friend Ernesto was eating in a carinderia when military men forcibly abducted Julio and shoved him inside an owner-type jeep without a plate number, and then it sped away.

From then on he was never seen again.

Martin, Benjamin

On April 12, 1989, at around 1:00 in the afternoon, five armed men, introducing themselves as soldiers, invited six farmers for investigation in the alleged killing of a CAFGU organizer in Mexico, Pampanga.

Identified victims are Benjamin Martin, Nestor Mercado Sr., Oscar Santos, Francisco Suba, Pedro Deang, and Crisanto Cordova, all of Brgy. San Isidro, Sta. Ana, Pampanga.

They all boarded a light brown Hi-Ace van with plate number 555.
