Disappearance date: February 11, 1990

Concepcion, Efren

According to Estelita Concepcion, wife of Efren, a CAFGU element entered their house at about 3:00 o'clock early in the morning together with some fifty military men wearing camouflage and armed with high-powered guns. The group forcibly took her husband outside and brought him to a nearby chapel of Sta. Cruz, Bulacan. Witnesses heard Efren moaning in pain inside the chapel.

Cordova, Crisanto

At around 1:00pm on April 12, 1989, five armed men went to the house of brgy. chairman of San Isidro. They introduced themselves as soldiers and showed him a list of names, which included Crisanto, of his constituents alleged to be involved in the killing of a CAFGU organizer. According to the soldiers, a commanding officer of the 173rd PC Coy based in Mexico, Pampanga, wanted to talk to his constituents regarding the killing of the organizer.

The commanding officer called the five individuals, and when they arrived at Medina's house, the armed soldiers told the chairman to accompany his constituents to the 173rd PC HQ. They all boarded a light brown Hi-Ace van with plate number 555. Their whereabouts are still unknown.

Cortez, Romeo

Franco Corpuz, 42, was reportedly taken on the 8th of February 2008 by three men believed to be soldiers of the 71st Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army in Barangay Pandalla. Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija. Corpuz is the vice chair of the militant Kilusang magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMP)-Nueva Ecija Chapter.

The three men in plain clothes were heavily armed and identified themselves as New People's Army members, according to Corpuz's relatives who witnessed the incident. The relatives, however, believed the men belonged to the army's 71st Infantry Battalion, whose troops had been monitoring Corpuz's activities.

Disappearance date: July 30, 1984

Cruz, Francisco

Francisco Cruz, 35 years old, married, a resident of Bilolo, Orion, Bataan, was forcibly abducted by armed men on July 30, 1984.

While on his way home after a day's work, plying his route on his tricycle on the night of July 30, 1984, an owner-type jeep blocked his way; on board were several armed men in fatigue uniforms. He was taken at gunpoint into their vehicle and sped away.

The next day his wife reported the incident to the Orion Police; his tricycle was found abandoned at Brgy. Salakot, Orion, Bataan, but he was nowhere to be found.

Cruz, Roderick John 

On August 13, 2006, at around 9:30 pm, eight armed men in military uniforms and carrying long firearms forcibly abducted Marvin Santos Verano, 29, and Roderick John Cruz, 23, who are married and a tricycle driver/helper formerly from Calle Pag-asa, San Pascual, and both are residing at Purok 5, Brgy. San Jose, Hagonoy, Bulacan. 

According to the report, eight armed men entered the residential house, looking for a certain "Tunying," and once inside started searching for a certain long firearm but failed to locate Alyas Tunying and said firearms but took the persons of Marvin and his brother-in-law Roderick. The alleged armed men used a PUJ-type vehicle as their getaway and drove it, leading to the Hagonoy town proper.

As of this writing, the whereabouts of Marvin Santos Verona and Roderick John Cruz are not yet known.

Dacanay, Roberto

Roberto Dacanay, a farmer, while farming his ricefield, was arrested by soldiers from the 24th IBPA while patrolling in Brgy. Bulawen, Palauig, Zambales, last July 03, 2006.

Dacanay remains disappeared.

Disappearance date: April 19, 1988

David, Rodolfo

On April 9, 1988, at around 11:30 p.m., Rodolfo and his friends were drinking beer at a small restaurant inside the PNB compound, San Fernando, Pampanga. A sky-blue Ford Fiera loaded with men in fatigue uniforms and armed with M-16 rifles and caliber 45 guns arrived in the area and forcibly took these young men away.

Disappearance date: April 19, 1988

David, Ronaldo

Deang, Pedro

Dela Cruz, Diosdado

Diosdado was local ice cream maker. On June 22, 1988, one of his salesmen was unable to peddle his ice cream, thinking of the lost profit from the sale; he himself went out to sell his ice cream.

He did not return home that day. His wife, Magda, began searching for him; her searches were always negative. A report from several people says that Diosdado was talking to two uniformed and armed soldiers before his disappearance.

Disappearance date: May 14, 1990

Dela Cruz, Felino

FELINO DE LA CRUZ, 43 years old, married, a fisherman and resident of San Pascual, Hagonoy, Bulacan, has been reported missing since May 14, 1990. Felino was an active member of BANGKILAS, a militant organization of small fishermen in Bulacan, before his disappearance. According to a witness, who requested anonymity, the incident happened at around 4:30 p.m. Felino was waiting for a ride home from San Nicolas to San Pascual when he saw the three men riding on a motorcycle. Those men were believed to be members of a rebel returnees' group, who were turned into military assets.

Out of fear, Felino ran away and tried to hide but was seen and chased by the three men. He was caught and forcibly taken at gunpoint. He was ordered to board a tricycle that immediately sped away, followed by the three-armed men.

Disappearance date: July 12, 1997

Devaras, Gaudencio

Gaudencio Devaras, a community organizer in Zambales, has been missing after he was abducted by members of the 68th IB Philippine Army soldiers in Purok Dabu, Mapalad, Zambales, on July 12, 1997.

Gaudencio Devaras was resting at a friend's house when army soldiers of the 68th IBPA suddenly surrounded the house and forcibly dragged Gaudencio out of the house. He was forced to lie on the ground with both his wrists tied on his back; the soldiers beat him up, hit his stomach with a rifle butt, and burned his tongue with a lit cigarette. 

The soldiers were trying to force Gaudencio to admit that he was a member of the NPA rebels. Later, the soldiers took him away through a helicopter.

Diego, Virgilio

According to a relative of Virgilio Diego On September 15, 1989 at around 3:00 p.m., the victim was invited by his friend to go to Hulo to rest in the nipa hut. While the two were resting, members of the 176th PC Coy arrived and arrested the two because they were suspected as members of the New People's Army.

Disappearance date: September 15, 1981

Dizon, Eduardo

Eduardo Dizon was arrested without a warrant of arrest by the Philippine Constabulary (PC) on September 15, 1981, at Bo. Sto. Rosario, Sta. Ana, Pampanga. He was suspected of being a member of the New People's Army (NPA).

He was detained at the PC stockade in San Fernando, Pampanga, for interrogation and investigation without the assistance of a lawyer.

The PC claimed he was released on September 24, 1981, but he was not released to his parents, who have been visiting him, or any responsible person.

He remains disappeared.

Disappearance date: November 11, 1986

Dizon, Joselito

On the morning of Nov. 11, 1986, Joselito was waiting for transport to the factory in Marikina where he worked when an owner-type jeep suddenly stopped in front of him, and four armed men alighted from the jeep and abducted him; they sped off towards Balanga, Bataan.

Joselito is very active in helping members of the NPA every time he is back in Bataan, according to Joselito's mother Lydia. And this is the reason she suspects why her son was abducted.

Empeño, Karen 

Karen Empeño, was a Sociology major doing research in research work in farming communities in Hagonoy, a seaside town about 40 kilometers northwest of Metro Manila, for her graduation thesis. Karen along with 2 others were seized before dawn on Monday (June 26, 2006) from a farming village outside Hagonoy town.

A commander of the army's 7th Infantry Division that operates in the region, said the three were members of the communist New People's Army and were collecting money from fish pond owners in the area

Disappearance date: August 23, 1990

Enriquez, Leonardo

On August 23, 1990, between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m., Leonardo Enrique was abducted by three armed men in civilian clothes while he was in a vulcanizing shop for the repair of his motorcycle in Sta. Rosa, Balanga, Bataan.

According to his relative who witnessed the incident, he saw the military call Leonardo and forcibly board him in a tricycle. When they reached Balanga Market, he saw the victim was forcibly boarding a military-owner-type jeep.

On the same day, the house of Leonardo's father was illegally searched by elements of the 161st PC Coy on the suspicion that they were hiding guns, but nothing was found.

Estriber, Joey 

Joey Estriber, 37, an NGO worker and a radio anchor, was reported abducted by armed men in Baler, Aurora, on Friday night, March 30, 2006, at Burgos St., Corner San Luis, Baler, Aurora.

According to witnesses, Estriber cried out for help as he was thrown into a heavily tinted maroon Besta van without license plates by four armed men at around 6:20 p.m. nears Baler's electric cooperative office, and the van sped towards the general direction of Central School (south direction).

Fabian, Bernardino

Bernardino Fabian, married, a 59-year-old government employee of Monitoring Pass Way (Quarry Monitoring Operation Department), Municipality of Florida Blanca in Pampanga, was reportedly abducted by 5 to 6 unidentified armed men wearing bonnets and boarded a blue Adventure car at San Nicolas, Sitio Baluyut, Lubao, Pampanga, on May 28, 2012, at around 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Disappearance date: November 24, 1984

Factoran, Virgilio 

On the night of November 24, 1984, armed men in fatigue uniforms went to the house of the Virgilio looking for him; they searched the house inside out without finding the victim, after which the armed men left the house and waited for the victim near their house.

He never returned from that night.

Virilio was last seen by witnesses talking to the armed men who were just in their house earlier and was being forcibly taken.
