President of Central Luzon Labor Congress. He was "invited" in May by the PC Provincial Commander in San Fernando, Pampangga.

Alfonso, Rogelio

On August 26,1985 at about 3:30 pm, during a people's march/rally held in Pampanga, Rogelio and Reynaldo were requested by their companions to get their vehicle parked at the Cathedral patio. The two did not come back, nor did they reach the vehicle at the patio.

A witness aboard a parked passenger jeepney beside the Cathedral, claimed to have seen a military jeep pass by and turn left on V. Tiomico St. towards the direction of the provincial capitol with two young men sitting in the back with the description tallying the two victims.

Disappearance date: January 17, 1986

Almazan, Esmeraldo

Esmeraldo Almanzan is a 24-year-old tambo broom maker residing in Brgy. Mabatang, Abucay, Bataan.  Esmeraldo was on his way to Hulo on January 17, 1986, to gather materials for his tambo business; he disappeared on that day. According to reports gathered by his relatives, army troopers riding a weapons carrier shot Esmeraldo and took his body with them.  His relatives sought the help of police and local officials, but they never recovered or had any information about Esmeraldo; he remains missing up to this day.

Almuete, Domingo

DOMINGO ALMUETE, a worker, married and resident of San Isidro, San Fernando, Pampanga, was reported missing since January 31, 1983.

Domingo was an active member of Nagkakaisang Manggagawa ng Cosmos before his disappearance together with his co-workers. They were allegedly abducted by policemen who belong to the Sindalan Police Force at the dawn of January 31, 1983.

Disappearance date: August 26, 1988

Anino, Simplicio

At about 4:00 in the afternoon of August 26, 1988, Anino and another labor leader was seen being abducted at gunpoint by six men armed with armalite rifles and .45 caliber pistols along Henson St. in Angeles City. According to witnesses, the two were on board a passenger jeepney on their way to a meeting with striking workers of City Lunch and Los Amigos restaurants. The jeepney was blocked by two cars from which six armed men alighted, poking their guns at the two whom they singled out from the others.

Arcasitas, Cosme

Bong 'Kosme' Arcasitas, a fisherman and a member of Samahan ng Mandaragat ng Samal, Bataan. (SAMA SABA) was forcibly abducted by the members of the integrated National Police (INP) force of Balanga, Bataan.

According to Bong's friend, after watching a movie, he told Bong that they should not go home anymore since it was already late in the evening and that it was dangerous in their area.

However, Bong insisted on going home. On his way home at around 12:00-1:00 in the morning, he was apprehended and taken away by armed patrol police officers from Balanga, Bataan. Since then, Bong Arcasitas was never seen again.

Ayroso, Honorio

On Feb. 9, Honorio and Johnny boarded a tricycle and asked to be brought to PNB in the town proper. As they were about to go, a man armed with a baby Armalite hailed the tricycle and asked to be brought to Caliwanagan (a barrio in San Jose) for P20. As soon as he did this, two men armed with armalites appeared from a stainless-steel owner-type jeep waiting around the corner and pointed their guns at Honorio and Johnny. The first suspect told the driver to get off and mistakenly handed to him a waist bag. The suspect then drove off, with the two others cramming themselves inside. The tricycle, followed by the armed men's jeep and another armed man on a black Isuzu motorcycle, drove off towards the direction of Sto. Niño 2nd, near the camp of the 71st Infantry Battalion of the Phil. Army.

Disappearance date: October 18, 1984

Azares, Silvestre Jr.

Silvestre Arares Jr. is a 32 year old Security guard working for EDSAM Farm in Sa. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga.  

On October 18, 1984 while in his post at the EDSAM farm, three unidentified men in military uniform abducted the victim,   

Since then he was never seen again.

Disappearance date: February 17, 1986

Bacani, Ernesto 

Ernesto Bacani, 39 years old and married, a farmer, was abducted by alleged military on February 16, 1986.

It is said that Ernesto once had a dispute with an alleged military informant; said informant was among the abductors. According to the father of Julio, he and his friend Ernesto were eating in a carinderia when suspected military men forcibly abducted the two and shoved them inside an owner-type jeep without a plate number, and then it sped away.

From then on he was never seen again.

Disappearance date: November 20, 1988

Balagtas, Romeo

According to Romeo's wife, he was painting on Nov. 20, 1988, in Natividad, Guagua, when suddenly a vehicle stopped and he was forced into a jeep by uniformed men. Since then, he has not been seen. He was suspected of being an NPA because they often slept and ate at his house.

Bautista, Joseph

On April 9, 1988, at around 11:30 p.m., while four young men were drinking beer at a small restaurant inside the PNB compound, San Fernando, Pampanga, a sky-blue Ford Fiera loaded with men in fatigue uniforms and armed with M-16 rifles and caliber 45 guns arrived in the area and forcibly took these young men away.

To date, the whereabouts of the victims are still unknown.

Bernaldo, Jose

Jose Bernaldo, 36 years old, married, is a fisherman and resident of Pantalan Luma, Orani, Bataan. On January 17, 1986, after having lunch, Jose was resting on the riverbank near their home when suddenly some men in military uniforms and armed with high-caliber guns arrived on a motorboat. They forced Jose to board the boat and quickly left for the sea. The next day, the victim was searched for at various police stations, but they could not find him.

Bernardo, Rodrigo 

On February 27, 1984, at around 8:00 in the evening, Enrique Leal, 28, and Rodrigo Bernardo, 33, both farmers from Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan, went to irrigate their sitaw farm at Binagbag, Angat, Bulacan.

On the same evening, men belonging to the 145th PC Coy and the Civilian Home Defense Force (CHDF) were conducting military operations in the area. Enrique and Bernardo never returned home from that night.

Buan, Reynaldo

Buenavista, Antonio

Antonio Buenavista, 42, married, a fishpond caretaker, was forcibly taken from his residence by military elements on January 7, 1990. 

According to Ester, wife of Antonio, at around 8:00 to 9:00 in the evening of January 7, 1990, Carlos Capili, a rebel returnee together with some military men wearing masks, entered their house and forcibly took Antonio, who was resting at that time. They took Antonio to a waiting white car outside and sped off towards an unknown destination.

Cadapan, Sherlyn

Sherlyn Cadapan, is a former student council officer at the university who works as a researcher for a farmers' group in Bulacan province, along with 2 others were seized before dawn on Monday (June 26, 2006) from a farming village outside Hagonoy town.

A commander of the army's 7th Infantry Division that operates in the region, said the three were members of the communist New People's Army and were collecting money from fish pond owners in the area

Calauag, Carlito

Carlito Caluag, 27 years old and resident of Panasuhan, Malolos, Bulacan, was last seen on July 2, 1991.

At around 11:30 in the morning of July 2, 1991, elements of the CAFGU abducted Carlito in front of a store located in Barasoain, Malolos, Bulacan. According to an investigation conducted by the victim's mother, Carlito was abducted because of his involvement in a progressive organization. He was a suspected sympathizer of the New People's Army rebels.

Campus, Pepito

Pepito Campus, along with Parungao, both youth activists, was reported abducted at gunpoint at a checkpoint manned by four armed men wearing sleeve sweatshirts with printed police at Brgy. Luyos/Brgy. Buliran, San Antonio, Nueva Ecija.

According to their companions, the armed men held them for inspection as they were conducting checkpoints in the area. When the vehicle pulled over, they then ordered Campus and Parungao to step outside the vehicle. One of the armed men stepped on Parungao's head, tied his hand behind his back,hands and forced him into a maroon van that had no license plate. The getaway van headed towards Barangay Marawa, Jaen, and La Paz, Tarlac. Their whereabouts remain unknown.

Canlapan, Edgardo

Edgardo Canlapan was abducted while waiting for a ride at the street corner of Brgy. Cupang North in Balanga, Bataan. His abductors were armed and in plain clothes on board an owner-type jeepney with no plate number. The armed men were shouting that Edgardo was a member of the New People's Army operating in Bataan.

Prior to the incident, neighbors of the victim noticed that for three consecutive nights, an owner-type jeep with no plate number was regularly parked near Edgardo's house.

Cantre, Jose 

Jose "Peping" Cantre was reportedly abducted by unidentified armed men who introduced themselves as members of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on March 22, 2010, at Purok 5, San Jose, Matulis, Mexico, Pampanga.

At around 9:00 in the evening on March 22, 2010, unidentified suspects armed with high-powered firearms on board a green Delica van with plate number WNN 343 arrived while Jose "and his partner were in front of a store in the said area. The armed men approached them and at gunpoint forcibly took Jose Cantry. Jose resisted and asked them what it was all about.
Immediately the armed men took Cantre with them and drove towards Lagundi, Mexico.

Catipon, Melanie

Melanie Catipon, 21, a member of Anak Bayan and a resident of Maria Aurora town in Aurora, was abducted by unidentified men on June 09 (Friday night).

Clemente, Samuel

Sam Clemente, 54, was driving his motorcycle near the gate of Capitol Gardens Subdivision in Tarlac City when he was blocked by a green Mitsubishi L300 van on February 6, 2007.

Three men alighted from the van, poked a gun at his side, handcuffed him, and forced him into their vehicle. One of them drove away using Clemente's motorcycle.

Families and relatives of Clemente suspected the military was involved in the abduction because he is a former martial law detainee.

Concepcion, Rogelio 

Rogelio Concepcion, a labor leader of the Solid Development Workers Association (SDCWA), was believed to be abducted by elements of the 24th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army.

Rogelio Conception is the officer-in-charge of the Solid Development Corporation Workers Association (SDCWA), a labor union in Barangay (Village) Mataas na Parang, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. His wife reportedly spotted a van with suspicious movement parked near their house on the afternoon of March 6. The van stayed until late that evening.

Prior to the incident, it is reported that in November 2005, elements of the 24th IB entered the factory of the Solid Development Corporation, a thread manufacturing company, and conducted a "military census" among the workers.
