Cristito Esplana, a resident at Brgy. Tibabo, Pio Duran, Albay, was arrested by the military on October 2, 1992. Cristito was taken to the nearby military detachment at Cuyaoyao; his mother followed them at the detachment together with the barangay captain, but when they arrived at the detachment, the military told them that Cristito was already sent on his way home. They continued to search for him and even asked for the help of the CHR and radio stations, but he could not be found.

On March 15, 1982, a group of farmers and rattan gatherers were abducted by members of the 60th IBPA on suspicion that they were members of the NPA in Brgy. Maisog, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. According to witnesses, the group was forcibly abducted by the soldiers and was brought to a house and detained for 2 days and nights. They were subjected to heavy interrogations and mauling. To elude the searching families and relatives of the victims, members of the 60th IBPA divided the victims into two groups.

Laroya, Santiago
Santiago Laroya was illegally arrested and has been missing since May 12, 1987. Santiago is the younger brother of Rodolfo Laroya, who was also a victim of summary execution by the military on January 13, 1983.
At about 11 o'clock in the evening of May 12, 1987, while Santiago was about to attend a prayer vigil in Camarines Norte, a number of armed men wearing plain clothes, without any provocation, forcibly abducted Santiago.
According to the witness, who was in the vicinity when the incident happened, he positively identified that the captors were members of the 60th Battalion (PA) while conducting their foot patrol in the area.

Rico Licup, together with Noli Macadat, was abducted on March 28, 1991, in Sitio Umuroy, Balatucan, Mobo, Masbate. They were forcibly taken by ten fully armed men who wore masks, two of whom were later identified as CAFGU members with other elements of the 266th PC Coy based in Brgy. Tugbo, Masbate, Masbate.

On September 2, 1990, at about 11:00 in the morning, a group of 256th PC coy soldiers arrived at the house of Armando Listana, a.k.a. 'Bulok,' in Sta. Remedios, Bulan, Sorsogon. The PC troopers were there to arrest Listana because he was suspected of killing a CAFGU member.

Listana, Clemente
Clemente Listana left his home on May 2, 1979, to meet Armando Borjal to discuss business at the Camalig fast food in Camalig, Albay. Around 2:00 in the afternoon, they were arrested by the Constabulary Security Unit. Listana and Borjal were forced to ride a green sakbayan vehicle and proceeded towards Legaspi City.
Their families and friends tried to look for them, but they could not be found.
They remain disappeared.

On April 26, 1989, at around 4:00 in the afternoon, Ma. Nonna Sta. Clara and Angelina Llenaresas left the office of the Ecumenical Center for Research and Development at Liboton St. in Naga City to go to Brgy. Sta. Cruz for a research job when they were abducted by a group of INP elements.

Raynefredo Losabia was apprehended along with two other suspected NPA members on September 21, 1987, by the local INP team of Mombon, Camarines Sur. He and his companions were turned over to the PC-INP Provincial Headquarters in Concepcion Grande, Naga City.

Mabeza, Roberto
Roberto A. Mabeza, a suspected NPA sympathizer, was arrested by elements of the 22nd IBPA in Brgy. Bibirao, Daet, Camarines Norte, on December 21, 1983.
According to Roberto's son, a group of 22nd IBPA elements went into their house on December 21, 1983, at around 7:00 in the evening. The group then arrested his father Roberto without any warrant.

Macadat, Noli
Noli Macadat together with Rico Licup, was abducted on March 28, 1991, in Sitio Umuroy, Balatucan, Mobo, Masbate. On June 29, 1988, at about 1:00 a.m. Alex Mago and Saldo Manuel were abducted by armed men in Poblacion, Vinzons, Camarines Norte. The victims were forcibly taken into a green tricycle.

EDMUNDO OPEÑA MATABA disappeared under mysterious circumstances at about 4:00 in the afternoon of 5 October 1991. He was last seen on the premises of the Albay Provincial Hospital while accompanying a wounded friend known as "Ka Elvis."

In the morning of July 23, 1988, Renato Mataba went to Barangay Mabini to visit his friend. On the way, he met a group of military men conducting a military operation. A person acting as a guide of the military pointed him out, alleging that he was involved in some activities of the NPAs during the past month somewhere in the 3rd District to the Daraga INO Station for Investigation.
The whereabouts of Renato Mataba are still unknown up to this time.

Matias, Victor
Victor Matias has been reported missing since October 27, 1989, after elements of the Philippine Army conducted an operation at Calabnigan, Libmanan, Camarines Sur.
On October 27, 1989, at around 3:00 a.m., Victor and his father were sleeping at their nipa hut near the rice field when military men came. The military men started interrogating the victim, forcing him to produce a firearm he allegedly uses as a member of the New People's Army. The victim denied their allegation; he insisted that he was a civilian working in the rice field.
As of this writing, the whereabouts of Victor Matias are still unknown.

Prospero was arrested on 8 December 1991, this time on the suspicion of being the "doctor" of wounded rebels.

Olayta, Jerry
On August 3, 2005, Jerry Olayta, 39 years old, was reportedly abducted by unidentified men armed with an armalite and a .45 caliber pistol in Brgy. Maoraro, Guinobatan, Albay.
According to his cousin, Jerry was on his way to Brgy. Maoraro to sell "Kopra." He was then invited for a drink by his friends when suddenly a motorcycle parked outside the house they were staying in. Jerry didn't know that the abduction was already planned.
A car was parked near the house, and they were waiting for them to come out. The car was loaded with men armed with an M-16 rifle and a .45 caliber pistol; the other men went inside the house and forcibly took Jerry, alleging he was an informant or an NPA supporter.
To this day, Jerry remains disappeared.

ERNESTO B. PACAO, 17 years old, single, of San Isidro, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte, left their place at around 3:00 p.m. of 25 June 1987 with Mario Asis, 16 years old, also single, to go to Daet, Camarines Norte. Mario told his parents that they will be back the following day.
Ernesto and Mario arrived at their temporary lodge in Daet around 6:00 p.m. of 25 June and proceeded to the town center. They were back in the house around 9:00 in the evening. Early the following day, about 5:00, the two were in a hurry and left the house.
To this day, the motive(s), the identity of the perpetrators, and the whereabouts of the two remain unknown.

Pajara, Nelson
NELSON PAJARA, 34, barangay councilor of Brgy. Mapaco, Guinobatan, Albay, was abducted by six armed men in military uniform.
Around 11:00 in the evening of 30 March 1991, while talking with some residents of the barangay near the dancing pavilion, several armed men in army uniforms approached them and pointed their firearms at him; he was ordered to fall to the ground face down.
Nelson's hand were tied behind his back and was forced to walk towards the nearby school building, from then on he was not seen again.
