Disappearance date: January 18, 1985

Abenir, Loreto

The victim disappeared on January 18, 1985, when he was left alone by the rest of the family at his residence in sitio Humawas, Maliban, Palanas, Masbate. His family went to the town on the afternoon of January 17 to attend the wedding of his daughter on the 18th. The victim was supposed to follow but failed to arrive on that day. He remains missing to this day.

Disappearance date: July 28, 1988

Albao, Noe

Noe Albao was arbitrarily arrested on 20 July 1988. This happened in their house at around 10:00 in the evening when they heard a group of men arriving. The men tied Noe's hands and searched the house. Finding nothing illegal, they beat him up with their guns in the presence of his wife and mother-in-law. Then they forcibly took Noe to the barangay proper. The following day, his wife went to the 270 PC Coy stationed in Bariis, Aroroy, Masbate, only to be told by the soldiers that her husband was not there.

Asis, Mario

Asis Mario left his house to go to Daet, Camarines Norte. He left with Ernesto Pacao. Worried that they have not returned the day.

On 1 June, 1987, their parents went to see a man whose residence is on Aurora St., Daet, Camarines Norte. They learned from his wife that Mario and Ernesto arrived at their house around 6:00 p.m. and proceeded to the town center. They were back in the house by 9:00 p.m. However, at around 5:00 a.m. The two left the residence in a hurry. To this day, Mario and Ernesto remain missing, the motive/s behind their disappearance and the perpetrators unknown.

Disappearance date: May 18, 1985

Atibagos, Dioscoro

At about 3:30 in the afternoon of May 18, 1985, while Disocoro was sleeping inside the house of one of his friends after their drinking spree, somebody wakened, tied, and took him away. The victim's wife testified that her husband was seen by their son tied and walking with a group of armed men that afternoon.

Disappearance date: March 15, 1982

Banton, Mariben

On March 15, 1982, a group of farmers and rattan gatherers were abducted by members of the 60th IBPA on suspicion that they were members of the NPA in Brgy. Maisog, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Camarines Norte. According to witnesses, the group was forcibly abducted by the soldiers and was brought to a house and detained for 2 days and nights. They were subjected to heavy interrogations and mauling. To elude the searching families and relatives of the victims, members of the 60th IBPA divided the victims into two groups. 

Disappearance date: May 25, 1981

Barnuevo, Cresencio

Cresencio, a resident of San Pascual, Basud, Camarines Norte, was reportedly abducted on May 25, 1981.

It appears that on May 25, Cresencio informed his wife that he will be going to the town proper of Basud, Camarines Norte, to get a community tax certificate. But the former has failed to return home since then.

Information gathered by Delia was that her husband was abducted by military men and the victim was forced to board their vehicle.

According to his wife, she believed that the abduction of her husband was because of military suspicion that Cresencio was a supporter of the New People's Army.

Beloy, Ariel

Ariel Beloy was a staff member of Prudencio Calubid.

On June 26, 2006 onboard a Mazda Van A-2000, Ariel was travelling others through the Maharlika Highway near Sipocot, Camarines Sur, they were blocked by a red Tamaraw FX and four Toyota Revos, They were abducted and taken to an undisclosed military safehouse.

Disappearance date: November 09, 1982

Bilmen, Benjamin

On November 9, 1982, a suspected NPA rebel was forcibly taken from his residence by elements of the 60th IBPA in Brgy. Pambuhan, Mercedes, Camarines Norte. According to his wife, Maria, at around 11:00 in the evening, a group of army soldiers suddenly woke them up by knocking at the door of their house. Benjamin opened the door to see the people outside when the soldiers forcibly grabbed him out of his house. The soldiers brought Benjamin with them and disappeared in the dark of the night.

Disappearance date: February 19, 1988

Bon, Luis Jr.

Luis Bon Jr. was last seen on February 19, 1988, when three members of INP invited him for questioning regarding the killing of a CHDF member allegedly by members of the New People's Army. According to the victim's sister, Cecilia, on February 19, 1988, at around 10:00 a.m., three INP members arrived at their house and invited her brother to go with them to the INP station in Casiguran. Voluntarily, Luis went with them. At around 6:30 p.m. Still the same day, a fish vendor in Casiguran went to Cecilia and told them that they saw Luis at around 5:00 p.m. inside the INP jeep with policemen. The vehicle passed by the municipal office towards the national highway. To date, the whereabouts of the victim are still unknown.

Borjal, Armando

Armando Borjal left his home on May 2, 1979, to meet Clemente Listana to discuss business at the Camalig fast food in Camalig, Albay. Around 2:00 in the afternoon, they were arrested by the Constabulary Security Unit. Listana and Borjal were forced to ride a green sakbayan vehicle and proceeded towards Legaspi City.

Their families and friends tried to look for them, but they could not be found.

They remain missing.

Disappearance date: June 26, 2006

Calubid, Prudencio

Prudencio Calubid, a National Democratic Front consultant, was abducted along Maharlika Highway in Sipocot, Camarines Sur, on June 26, 2006. A red Tamaraw FX and four other Toyota Revo vehicles with plate numbers concealed with mud blocked their way. Three shots were fired in the air. Two men in plainclothes alighted and ordered Calubid and his companions to get out of their vehicle. They were transferred to the vehicles of the abductors, blindfolded and handcuffed.

Canua, Nancy

Nancy Canua and Arlene del Rosario were arrested by the military on December 26, 1990, in Apad, Ragay, Camarines Sur.

Disappearance date: November 12, 2006

Caporal, Bernardino

On November 12, 2006, at around 8:00 a.m. In the morning Bernardito Caporal, along with his friend, went to Pilar town to buy things in the market. While having their breakfast in a restaurant, six unidentified armed men in civilian clothes suddenly came in, poked their guns, and forcibly took the men into an owner-type jeep and sped towards an unknown direction.

Carlote, Joseph

Wilfredo Velarde and Joseph Carlote were picked up by several armed soldiers (believed to be members of the 9th Infantry Battalion of the Philippine Army) from their farm hut at Tinambac, Camarines Sur, on March 16, 2004. 

Since then, the two never returned home.

Disappearance date: July 20, 1990

Cuachin, Escolastico

Escolastico was last seen accompanied by soldiers with his hands tied; the soldiers were of the 22nd IBPA based in Nalisbitan.

The relatives of the victim believed that Escolastico was abducted by the soldiers on suspicion that he could be an NPA courier.

Escolastico Cuachin remains missing to this day.

Disappearance date: May 29, 1978

De Mesa, Emerlinda

Emerlinda de Mesa, 13 years old, a resident of Brgy. Bosigon, Tagkawayanan, Quezon, was reportedly arrested by members of the Civilian Home Defense Force.

According to Tomasa de Mesa, mother of the victim, her daughter was inside the house of their distant relative when the abduction happened.

Del Rosario, Arlene

Arlene del Rosario and Nancy Canua were arrested by the military on December 26, 1990 in Apad, Ragay, Camarines Sur.

Disappearance date: November 18, 1990

Dosdos, Rico

Rico was illegally arrested in Malibas, Palanas, Masbate, on 18 November 1990. Perpetrators of the arrest were elements of the 248th PC-CAFGU Sub-Camp in Malibas, Palanas, Masbate. In the morning of 18 November, Rico went to Dimasalang to buy fish to sell and, on the way, to sell a sack of camote from their farm and collect payments from some people who owe them money.

That was the last his wife saw him.

Epa, Celso

On May 9, 1988, Celso Epa was last seen at Malatap, Labo, Camarines Norte, while watching a dance held at the said barangay. Reports that reached Celso's father say that on that date, Celso's friend asked Celso to accompany him in riding a jeepney near the National Highway. Upon reaching their destination, the Echelon family, whom they believed to be members of the ALSA MASA group, was there. Since then, Celso was nowhere to be found.

Espinar, Arnulfo

Arnulfo Espinar, single, 20 years old, and a student of Bicol Technical Institute was declared missing by his family after he disappeared on June 29, 1983. According to his father, Mang Ernesto, Arnulfo was last seen on June 28, 1983, after he met him in an auditorium on the eve of the town fiesta of Vinzons, Camarines Norte.
