Arnulfo Rodriguez, 20 years old, single, a farmer living in Mabatang, Abucay, Bataan. Involved in an encounter on January 17, 1986, and killed by the military. On the morning of January 17, 1986, Arnulfo went to the field to fertilize his crops. Shortly after, a gunfight broke out between the military and the NPA. The incident was witnessed by Benedicto dela Rosa. Based on his statement, Arnulfo was one of those shot by the military from the NPA side because he was suspected of being an NPA member. His body was loaded into a vehicle with no plate number. The victim has not been seen since.
