Almar Lusong and 2 others were abducted on February 8, 1991, by Philippine Army soldiers in Pampanga province.  Military authorities denied the arrest until February 13, 1911, when they revealed that the three were at an army camp in Angeles City.  Manuel Capitulo and Antonio Bondoc were released from detention; Almar Lusong remained missing.
